For those of you who enjoy the various school uniform designs in anime, MegaHouse is expanding its World Uniform Opeation lineup with A Certain Scientific Railgun's Mikoto Misaka! This is a line of 1/10-scale figures, so think Beach Queens but with school uniforms. Because in the market for generic figure cliches, this one was begging to be filled.
Although I'm a big Mikoto fan, it's hard to make an interesting figure for her because her outfit isn't all that fancy. So she'd have to be doing something cool, but that would go contrary to the cheap 1/10-scale figure philosophy. Wait, did I say cheap? This one actually isn't all that cheap.

An underrated part of Kotobukiya's ARTFX J line is their selection of male figures. They have some nice ones, especially with the Attack on Titan boys. Now you can add Tokyo Ghoul's Ken Kaneki to the picture.
This one balances just the right amount of creepy and badass. The sculpt and pose both look awesome, with his face standing out in particular. I haven't seen Tokyo Ghoul but judging by looks, I probably wouldn't want to bump into this guy in a dark alley.
Ken is up for pre-order for ¥11,000 with a ship date in September.

Yes, for some unholy reason, Storm Collectibles wants us all to turn back the clocks to the late '90s with this 1/6 scale figure of Dennis "The Worm" Rodman. The bad boy of Chicago Bulls basketball is fully articulated and comes with two different outfits. He can sport a "worm" basketball uniform for shooting hoops, or he can put on the full wedding dress and wig from his infamous 1996 publicity stunt where he "married himself" to promote the release of his autobiography. Ah, the '90s.
The figure itself comes with two different sets of sneakers (black and gold), three different pairs of hands, and a set of flowers to go with the dress. "The Worm" is on pre-order (with July delivery) for ¥46,440, so it's not for the faint of heart. If you are a diehard fan of Rodman, than maybe this should be in your own personal trophy case.
