'70s Batman standing watch upon your wall, courtesy of Pop Culture Shock!
Pop Culture Shock toys presents another unique looking statue for the static toy collector. This is their web-exclusive Batman Bronze Age wall statue (1:7 scale). So yes, you can hang this puppy on your wall if you were worried about shifting a bunch of other toys on your shelf. The Bat-Signal is indeed illuminated via LEDs, so this could also function as a nightlight if you want to justify some value (and I definitely do, that's a great addition).
This exclusive version is for fans who love the George Perez/Neal Adams/Marshall Rogers look of the post-TV Show Batman costume. As it is my personal favorite look for Batman, this is something I'm highly anticipating. He has a dynamic pose with his cape (a-la Wile E. Coyote), ready to descend upon Ra's al Ghul at any moment. The statue base includes two highly sculpted lions, indicating Gotham's love of architectural animal decoration.
Pop Culture Shock has delighted me with their Masters of the Universe statues (Teela and Trap-Jaw as standouts for me). German LEGO builder makes Swedish Chef from American Muppet Show
German LEGO Customizer Andreas Weissenburg has started the new year off right with his custom LEGO created scenes from Jim Henson's Muppet Show from the '70s.
He has skillfully put together the iconic Swedish Chef, complete with a set (Why is that jar peeking out at me?), and a chicken whom I'm sure the Chef will try to make into something delicious. But the chicken will probably just make a break for it. And yes, this set is made of (in Swedish Chef singing voice) LEGO brick brick brick.
Yes, that joke was awful. Especially done in print. Andreas has that reaction covered with his custom set of Statler and Waldorff, complete with balcony to give the Chef a hard time. These haters are gonna hate (and be hilarious doing it), but I think these are really well done sets, with articulated limbs, jaws, and well constructed set pieces.

Wilde Imagination: New for 2015 and a Bit of Yoko
If this doll doesn't look like Yoko Ono then I don't know......
Evy's gown is stunning but just more of the same - lots of fabric, black, long, sweeping things going on. I think the glasses are a great touch even if they're out of character.
I love Yoko's leather embellished jacket. Yoko was 80 in 2013 when this photo was made. Not bad, eh?

There are nine new dressed EG dolls. Among the nine is a Mortimer, an Angelique and an intense-looking Parnilla in a gorgeous sequined, faux fur trimmed coat. I use the word 'intense' in an effort to be diplomatic regarding my opinion of her face.
Nine new outfits, too, are part of this release and only two of them are black. The prices are all under $100. for the new outfits, except for one.
This is my favorite. It's only a bustier and pair of shoes.

Out of all the other offerings, I must comment on Sad Sally. This line of 7" resin dolls is so darn adorable and highly tempting. I'm trying to be strong as they fit nowhere in my collection. But just look at these.
