Bandai finally announces the release of S.H. Figuarts Sailor Jupiter
After the release of S.H. Figuarts Sailor Mars, fans were expecting Sailor Jupiter to be next. However, Bandai broke the order and released Sailor Venus next. This prompted fans to question what happened to Jupiter?
We knew she existed because prototypes were already seen and she was even in group photos. Perhaps they were trying to perfect the articulation of her hair? As an owner of S.H. Figuarts Sailor Mars, I can say the hair is not their best feature.
Well, now S.H. Figuarts Sailor Jupiter has an official release date; July 2014. With pre-orders opening on April 2, you can get this figure for ¥4,536. After this release, Bandai will officially be done with S.H. Figuarts figures of the Inner Senshi.
We already know that there will be an S.H. Figuarts Sailor Saturn, so I guess it won’t be too long before we see Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune. However, I’d still like to see an S.H. Figuarts Tuxedo Mask.

The number of places you wouldn't expect to find Hello Kitty has now become a little shorter. The Kousaka Disaster Prevention Company has begun selling officially licensed Hello Kitty fire extinguishers in Joetsu, Niigata Prefecture. Three different extinguisher designs are available so they're sure to match any room you put them in. Each of the ¥8,500 extinguishers will be usable for five years and will completely discharge in 22 seconds. They're recommended for use in the kitchen against grease fires, but are likely good for all types of fires.
If it's emergency food you're looking for then the company is also offering a line of Hello Kitty canned bread from Bo-LoGne. Each off the ¥400 yen cans weigh 100g and come in either maple, chocolate, or plain flavors. They have a three year shelf life making them ideal for the cutest stockpile of survival rations ever.
With such survival options available I think it's only a matter of time before Kitty fanatic doomsday preppers get those Hello Kitty chainsaw and shotgun they've always wanted.

Yankee Doodle Andy - Can't Find His Flag! - New E-Pattern and Handmade Doll
You see, they and their fellow countrymen just won the revolutionary war and are now free and independent. That's cause for celebration - if anything was.
So, they're dressed in their best primitive "patriotic" outfits and are going to the parade.
He has a full head of curly, thick yarn hair that is barely controlled underneath his lined and patriotic hat.
He is wearing his favorite fringed shirt which is gathered at the neck and wrists. He is also wearing his favorite fringed and cuffed pantaloons with two front pockets that are gathered at the waist and middle of the cuffs. His vest is lined and has two front pockets and lapels.
Andy is carrying a primitive patriotic flag decorated with red wire ribbon.
"Yankee Doodle Andy!" and his sister, "Give Me Liberty, Annie!" are hoping to get front row seats at the parade, but are running a little late.
Andy couldn't find his flag and Annie couldn't find her bell. Do you think they'll make it on time?
