HasbroToyShop has limited time 25% off and free shipping
For those who don't want to let go of the holiday savings, HasbroToyShop.com has you covered with a promotion that will save you 25% off on most products and even includes free shipping (no minimum purchase). In short, it's a pretty cool time to stock up on some Hasbro goodies that you may have missed although, naturally, the COOLEST items (like the Marvel Legends Jim Lee-styled Jean Grey), are currently out of stock (keep checking back!). The promotion (which involves entering the promo code SAVE25 at checkout) is listed as expiring after December 8th.
While it's a great opportunity to save a bit on some items, you may be able to find a few of these things cheaper at retail these days. Stay savvy, my friends.

If you're familiar with Tonner's product you will agree that every piece of furniture, every prop, has sold out and gone up in value over the years. If only the dolls could perform similarly. An exclusive straight out of Evangeline's attic! This Victorian-inspired mirror features a wood/resin ornate golden frame, sturdy base, and reflected mirror, and is the perfect place for Evangeline to admire her newest creations.
Another purchase was this adorable Ellowyne outfit called Cold Comfort. I wasn't the only one who bought it this weekend because it's now sold out.
As if this weren't enough, I also bought Dreamstate Evangeline. I haven't had an Evangeline in a long time and I've never had one with the updated body. I still have several outfits from my long gone EG's so this gal will have plenty to wear.Features a top, ruffled layered skirt, a quilted jacket with front zipper (non-working) and ties, neck scarf, matching tights, white boots with silver trim, and ear muffs - of course!
Evangeline comes with inset brown eyes, applied lashes, and rooted dark brown hair made of the highest quality fibers. She features the new vinyl and hard plastic body and stands 18-1/2" tall with delicate hand-painted features, and boasts 15-points of articulation for amazing posing possibilities. She comes dressed in a beautiful one-piece outfit with a brocade top with a flower and ribbon decoration, tulle skirt, and matching panties, stockings, and designer shoes. It's the perfect look for writing in her diary - or preparing a 6-course dinner for one!
And today I saw this little darling Patsy outfit called Blustery Day. Luckily, I do not collect these little dolls but if I did, she'd be displayed right next to Ellowyne in her new winter outfit which looks to be the perfect companion!

The dawning of the Age of Ultron Minimates packaging
Diamond Select Toys has unveiled packaging shots for its upcoming Age of Ultron Minimates box set which is also currently available for pre-order.
The box sports a gold deco with a fantastic-looking illustration of the Minimate Ultron. Emblazoned on the front is an Age of Ultron logo with a design resembling a circuit board next to it. Then there's the usual windows on the front of the package which shows off the four Minimates in the set (Conquerer Ultron, AoU Nick Fury, AoU Iron Man (featuring a removable helmet), and AoU Angela). The set is notable for including the six-armed Conquerer Ultron and for including the first ever Minimate of Angela, a Neil Gaimon-created character which previously appeared in Spawn.
The Age of Ultron Minimates box set is a specialty/comic store exclusive slated to release in March and has a US$20 list price. Be sure to check out the photos in the gallery.

About That PEPPERMINT SOY 1/6 figure from 3A Toys
And the "chase" December 3rd pre-order/release launched along with 3A Toys' Adventure Kartel Peppermint Groove is "PEPPERMINT SOY", most probably a grubbier version of the pristine looking lady, and matching her "brother" the Soy Dolphin hahaha
This might probably be my last 3A-purchase for 2013, most likely a "revenge-purchasing" trip for missing out on Little Shadow, all these years ago…
Priced at US$100 (US$85 if you evoke your 15% 3AA discount), the pre-order goes up and down at random times, with the 1/6th-scaled figure to ship in the 2nd quarter of 2014. The figure also includes a PEPPERMINT SOY poster. Good luck with your purchases, folks!
ALSO NOTE: With the purchase of either Soy and Groove now, folks would have access to the upcoming "Mortis Severed Head" to be released in 2014.
Griffon's Kirino can't be this cute in a swimsuit!
Remember that lovely, but showy swimsuit figure of Griffon's Kirino that showed up for pre-orders earlier this month? Akibahobby recently got their hands on her and posted a preview gallery on their blog.
At a casual glance Kirino may look like your typical swimsuit figure, but Griffon went the extra mile by capturing the look of her hair by sculpting it to puff out and billow just right to be pretty. They got her eyes and blush spot on and did a good job bringing out the moe with that fang in her mouth. Her knees and feet are poised in a way that make her look a little bit vulnerable, further bringing out that moe vibe. I also like the way her colors are balanced between the baby blue swimsuit, pink towel, and orange colored hair.
While Kirino is usually playful and even quite flirty I think the amount that she tugs on her swimsuit here to show off her thigh is a little bit excessive and leads little to the imagination. However this kind of craziness is part of what made her a popular character right?
