2013 SDCC - Movie Masters Epic Creations DC Classic TV Series BATMAN Utility Belt From Mattel
WOW! This year's 2013 San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) revealed a lot of great Batman Toys and Merchandise that we can all hunt down later. Well, those of us who are not broke, ha! Mattel has plans to make what they are calling the "Movie Masters Epic Creations DC Classic TV Series BATMAN Utility Belt".
It's release date is around the Fall of 2013 and will be available ONLY on the MattyCollector.Com website and will retail for about $110.00.
Basically, it's a replica of the YELLOW BAT-BELT worn by Adam West on the 1966 TV Show. It also looks like it comes with a Batarang too!

2013 SDCC - DC HEROCLIX 1966 BATMAN Classic TV Series Figures and Toy Batmobile
Finally!! Here is a photo showing what the Classic 1966 BATMAN TV Show HEROCLIX Figures and '66 Batmobile Toy Car are gonna look like!! It also shows the special Window-Box Packaging for the Car, which is kinda cool. Of course there will be a Batman and Robin the Boy Wonder set of figures but it looks like they have plans to make a ton of Super-Villains as well!!
Here's the list so far: The Joker, Egghead, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, The Riddler, and even Shame. Is that him? It's hard to tell but the toy figure in this pic does look just like a "Cowboy Guy". Wow! Now how obscure is that?!
SDCC 2013: Bluefin Distribution - Gundam
The bread and butter of Bandai has always been Gundam. At Bluefin's booth was the MG RX-78-2 Gundam 3.0 and the collection of new suits from Gundam Build Fighters. In addition to Gunpla were other figure lines that don't get nearly as much attention, the relatively new Assault Kingdom, FW Gundam Converge and FWStandart.
As featured in the header was the exclusive edition of the Assault Kingdom Kshatriya. The figures are fully poseable, just in a figure the that's about 4" tall. Also on display were a set of Black Tri-Star Zaku IIs, which will be coming soon to the U.S.
Going along with the other two lines, they will be making their way to shops as well. FW Converge Vol. 11 will be coming this year for the price of $6.00 per boxed figure while FW Gundam STANDart Vol. 16 will be available soon for $12.00 each. Both of these are a step up from your usual gashapon figure, so if you seen a mobile suit you like, you won't part with too much to get it. Check out the gallery to see everything available from the booth!

2013 SDCC - Classic 1966 BATMAN TV Series Model Kit by Moebius Models with Original Box Art!
OK, there are TWO great things about this photo and one of them I'm really proud of. First, we finally get to see what Moebius Models is doing with their brand-new line of Classic 1966 BATMAN TV Series Model kits.
Here, they show the Adam West figure. Oh man, this thing is a total Art Masterpiece!! I would have killed for this model when I was a little kid, ha!
Then, speaking of "Art Masterpiece", check out (to the right), the original BOX ART that was done by our good friend Christopher Franchi. Please click on the pic here for a larger, sharper, version.
Yeah, we know the guy who did this art. (He created the super-awesome BAT-BLOG HEADER that you see at the top of this page!!) His artwork is extremely detailed and always professionally well done. In fact, this box art is so amazing that it's kind of a shame that they will add all sorts of bar codes and lettering all over it later, ha ha! All kidding aside, the finished product will probably look great too.
The only product details we have right now is that it will come out in the last quarter of 2013 and will have a Suggested Retail Price of about $32.99.
Also, Stay tuned to the Bat-Blog and we'll keep you posted on more Model Kits that are coming out!
