New in from one of the Japanese hobby magazines we've got a look at the next upcoming Masterpiece figure - Bumblebee Red Body! Yes, we're getting another run of MP-21, this time in Cliffjumperish red. The text of the feature only refers to it as Bumble, so this won't strictly preclude a proper Cliffjumper farther down the road. Long-time Superman antagonist (and former president) Lex Luthor is joining Kotobukiya's ArtFX+ line. The bald billionaire's statue has received a preview gallery and is currently available for pre-order.

Lex is depicted in his ever-popular power suit (the armored kind, not the boardroom version) which was the same outfit used for the old DC Super Powers line (and I'm wondering if we might see it eventually with Kotobukiya's ArtFX+ Super Powers line).

The armor is sculpted beautifully and has an I-can't-take-my-eyes-off-it shiny metallic paint. The headsculpt isn't quite as flattering, but it sports a suitably action-y expression. All the same, he's a solid-looking figure.

Kotobukiya's 1/10-scale ArtFX+ Lex Luthor can be pre-ordered for around ¥5,800 if importing or can be pre-ordered for US$60 if ordering domestic. Expect to see him early next year.
