Flare has a new Roselinde Freyja, complete with giant triangle
Someone's going out for a night on the town; and taking that enormous weapon with her. From Shining Blade (one of the more recent entries in Sega's decades long Shining franchise), the priestess with the leastless fun: Roselinde Freyja. Flare chose an alternative look 1/7th scale from character designer (and noted eroge artist) Tony Taka's many illustrations. We have a cute little "poofy" dress, an emotional pose, and an independent laced-collar all in a 1/7 scale. And to put your mind at ease, her signature winged hairband is intact.
I can't really tell if her head is sculpted larger than normal, or if being out of her Alphonse Elric-looking armor just skews my perspective. Also, her Holy Lance Gungnir looks pretty massive, so I hope her feet hold up well with only one foot being used for support. Either way, if you're a big fan and need some kind of a new look to sate your Shining Blade appetite then hop on the pre-order links because she's out in July. Flare is setting this at ¥17,000 (roughly $143) MSRP, so I hope your commitment is strong.

Leonard Nimoy, Original Voice of Galvatron & Dark Of The Moon's Sentinel Prime, Dies At Age 83
Multiple news sources are confirming that Leonard Nimoy, best known as Star Trek's Mr. Spock but also a repeated presence in Transformers media, has died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the age of 83. An actor, director, photographer, and much more, Mr. Nimoy was in all things he chose to do an artist, first and foremost, who gave his work the attention and forethought it deserved. He will be missed, and the thoughts of the TFormers staff go out to Mr. Nimoy's family.
