Tung Lashor, NA She-Ra, others shown in latest Matty vid
Matty Collector's Scott Nitelich has released a video showing off (mostly finished versions of) the final figures in this year's Club Eternia and Etheria subs, including Tung Lashor, New Adventures She-Ra, Mermista, and more.
Regular readers will recall that I have something of a love/hate relationship with Matty Collector: I love their product and hate their prices (including shipping and weird Canadian tax or tariffs or whatever). Matty Collector's relationship with me is a bit simpler in that the company mostly ignores me (maybe they'd pay attention to me if I had "pixel" in my name...). That said, it's a pretty awesome ending line-up... with even more to dislike about the prices since, as Nitelich explains, a few of the closing figures will be even more expensive than usual due to additional paint apps, etc. (So I'll be even more likely to skip those ones.)
My favorite part of this update is obviously the closer look at Tung Lashor, which I've been eagerly anticipating since it was first announced that the final two Snakemen would appear in the line and was only more excited after first seeing him at SDCC (along with NA She-Ra, etc). The video shows off both of Tung Lashor's heads (replicating his tongue lashing gimmick) and, rather surprisingly, made Mermista look even cooler by demonstrating that highly articulated tail.
