Do my eyes deceive me? Am I actually looking at a figure from a WILD ARMS game released over 12 years ago? The title hasn't really received much in the way of figure attention with the only real major release being Max Factory's Yulie from WILD ARMS the 4th Detonator in 2007. To see Bandai releasing a figure from WILD ARMS 2nd IGNITION is pretty exciting, even if it means you have to once again go through a proxy service.
Bandai opened a special page for the new WILD ARMS 2nd IGNITION D-Arts Knight Blazer. Check out the page itself just for the familiar opening theme song. The 140mm tall figure includes his snazzy muffler, the Knight Fencer, parts for the Vanishing Buster, and replacement hands. The choice poses from the gallery photos of this product bring back memories (what little I can remember) and the battle theme for Knight Blazer easily flowing back. Ultimately, the design is very basic but it's still a treat for all fans of the WILD ARMS series.
With the release of Bandai's D-Arts Knight Blazer, this only makes me wish we could get figures of each cast member from the whole series. I can see the original cast as a part of Good Smile Company's Nendoroid series with faces you could replace to have their PlayStation model battle faces. It would work perfectly! Anyhoo, you can find this product for pre-order at ¥3,990 yen with a release date set for July, 2012. Of course I have to know, who would you love to see in figure form from the WILD ARMS series?
