Phu! has informed us about his newest custom, this one for the upcoming Transformers Cybertron Con March 11 to 14 in Singapore. And just what has he come up with for the occasion? It's Bumblebee's own hovercraft unit, S.L.A.B. (Sting Like A Bee)!
Standing 35 cm tall, 45 cm long and 45 cm wide, S.L.A.B. is an original creation built from cardboard, cable ties, found objects, clear gashapon capsule lids, rubber hose and steel eyelets, transformed into a big, metal bee. The bee has space for Bumblebee to ride along and comes on a custom-built honeycomb base, as well as having four points of articulation. No word on if the piece will be on sale at a later date or not, but it would sure look good in anyone's collection!
