Joan Corral, a resident of Barcelona, Spain, is a man of many projects: illustrating, playing in a band, and making designer toys. His latest project, the ChubByrd, is a resin art toy. It sort of reminds me of the Final Fantasy series' Fat Chocobo, only with man bosoms. Using a homemade root-casting machine along with a handcrafted vacuum chamber, Joan's special technique leaves a very clean and smooth sculpt.

But, without enough money to back production, this beauty will never get off the ground. That's where you come in. Joan started a campaign on Indiegogo (similar to Kickstarter) to help fund his rotund avian. He will need US$1400 to completely fund the operation. Hit the jump to check the various donation levels and the rewards that go along with them.

Contribute US$8- You will receive a sticker of the project (10 centimeters by 10 centimeters). Your name will appear on the backside of the packaging as a funder.

Contribute US$20-  (blank) You are pre-ordering the blank version of the ChubByrd plus packaging. This is an unpainted version, so you can try your own color schemes, customize, etc. A sticker of the project is provided.

Contribute US$30-  (painted) You are pre-ordering the painted version of the ChubByrd plus packaging. Handpainted and shaded with airbrushing ... Smooth! (copies numbered and signed) Four color schemes available (blind box).

Contribute US$60-  (collector's box) You are pre-ordering the blank and painted versions along with an original screen printing of the project (all packed in an alternative packaging design)!

Contribute US$200- (Special Reward!!) You will get the collector's box and the original sketches of the project plus an exclusive acrylic on wood painting of the project!!!
