We have seen various companies try their hand at making a figure of Erio from Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko but up until now, I can't say that everyone has been thrilled by the results. So far the Freeing and Alphamax versions haven't exactly set fans alight. They haven't been exactly bad but each one seemed to lack a certain something in their designs and failed to establish themselves as a definitive portrayal of out cute heroine.
And now, Kotobukiya have decided to take a stab at making their own Erio figure and let's just say that if follows the trend! We've seen her before when she went up for pre-order and previously, it looked like we may have had a winner but with these additional shots, I'm not so sure. Seems that Erio is a rather shy girl who only likes her photo taken from one side, because she looks either bad or just plain weird from other angles. And is it just me, or does her face look really flat, like her chest?
She's still available for pre-order if you still want her but I think I'll wait for the version from PLUM.
