Gift's Tako Luka plushes (reviewed) that were debuted in the winter of 2010 will soon be seeing another release at Japan's upcoming Wonder Festival. The Smiling and Angry faced Tako Lukas will be sold at this winter's event. Like the previous plushes, they are able to be linked together via the strap and loop on the top and bottom of each Tako Luka.
These two plushes are listed on the Gift online store as straps, so I imagine the magnetic tentacles that the rest of the plushes have are not present. The Smiling and Angry faced plushes are also listed as only one size (as far as I could find), 85 millimeters. Judging by the online listing, it seems that the plushes may be sold outside of the event as well. There is an event price listed of ¥1000 each but also a regular retail price of ¥1050. Hmm, the mystery deepens. Well, not really.
