Alter's Kazuno is now available for pre-orders. If you want to read my full initial impressions then you should read the preview of her which came out late last week. In brief Kazuno is a robot maid hailing from the show Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere. She plays a rather minor but memorable role none the less.
Every Alter figurine that I have purchased has been painted and crafted nearly perfectly for the character that they represent. They always leave me satisfied with little complaint for what I purchased. I am sure that Kazuno is no exception and suggest that fans of Horizon fans consider purchasing her.
As pretty as Alter's Kazuno is, she has a high price of entry, it could be those two "swords" that she is shipping with that ups it so much, but she comes at a suggested retail price of ¥12,000 yen. Barring any delays Kazuno should ship out in late September of this year.

He's already hit the theaters, now The Dark Knight will be released again, as a high detailed action figure. From Medicom's MAFEX line, Batman is the second figure to be released after Spiderman. Standing at 6 inches tall, Batman's suit has been reproduced to look exactly like Christian Bale's.
The suit is even described to be made of soft material, especially around the chest, to give it a genuine feel. Along with the realistic suit, the cape has been made of soft cloth so you can swish it as Batman goes to fight. Of course he can't fight without some of his weapons!
So Batman will come with an EMP rifle, Batgrapple Grappling Hook, and interchangeable hands. Available in late May, MAFEX Batman will be US$39.99.

Today is just one of those days. Continuing with our nostalgia trips comes the announcement of the Robot Damashii Shenlong Gundam from Gundam Wing. Bandai has been busy with the Gundam Wing line, releasing the grunt Leo and Aries while previously releasing the season upgrades for the main Gundams minus Deathscythe. They'll be going to the original 5 now with their announcement of the Shenlong.
Packed in with the Shenlong will be his weapon assortment, including extra beams for the Beam Glaive and an extra extended Dragon Fang. I'm kind of disappointed that there's no fire effect parts for the fang, but given that they weren't present with the Altron, I'm not surprised they're not here.
As you might have already guessed, it's a Tamashii Exclusive but we don't know if it will become available through Bluefin as of yet. For now, it's limited to the shop at the price tag of ¥4,410 and will ship out this September. Hopefully this can make its way to the West and Bandai will actually go back and make the Deathscythe Hell. We didn't forget about it.

Just in via e-HOBBY is a preview of the Transformers Generations Magnificus comic book that will be packed in with the figure. The image gives us a look at Ga'mede driving the Magnificus' vehicle while under fire from the enemy.
