The Skye's The Limit With This Delightful and Unusual Steiff Dog
Despite his relatively short tenure in the Steiff line, the Skye Terrier pattern appeared in several very interesting theme and variation products in the late 1930's and early 1940's. He was produced as an "unbuttoned" animal on wheels from 1936 through 1940. This meant that that he could be mounted and dismounted from a rolling carriage as desired. He was also made as a "barking" animal on wheels from 1939 through 1941; this model automatically made doggie sounds when pulled about. And finally, he appeared as a purse with a hollow body and a zipper up his back from 1935 through 1940.

ADAM WEST INJURED - Cancels Appearance at Ottawa Comiccon This Weekend
Canadian Batman Fans, who were hoping to get a chance to meet Adam West this weekend in Canada, are going to be saddened by this news. Due to an unfortunate injury, Adam West will not be able to make it to the Ottawa Comiccon on May 10th-12th.

[UPDATED] Max Factory's Zero Suit Samus may be back, too
[Update: Pre-orders have also opened at Anime Island, making it look pretty likely this re-issue is legitimate. Link added below]
Martin already posted about the figma Link and Samus news earlier today, but they're not the only two Nintendo figures popping up on Big Bad Toy Store. The 1/8-scale Zero Suit Samus from Metroid: Other M (which Chris previously reviewed) has also popped up on the store with the same "licensing issues worked out, new production run coming" message as the figmas.
The re-release is being priced at US$99.99 with a fourth quarter 2013 release date. I'm still a little uncertain if this is actually going to happen since BBTS is the only one listing her for the re-release right now, but I don't feel like they'd put this up without some certainty that they were getting them.
