So, if you haven’t seen them in your local store, you might want to take another look (yes, I’m trying to stimulate the economy) – so even if you don’t see any CARS, Mallomars are back … did you know they’re only available when the weather cool enough so they don’t melt (no danger of [...]
The Steam ’n’ Speed R/C Thomas from Mattel’s Fisher-Price range features bright and simple controls for children aged three and over to use.
You know a series is on the popular side when even the male characters end up getting some figure attention. Hardly unexpected from Sword Art Online, protagonist Kirito is seen here reduced into chibi form by Good Smile and their tiny Nendoroids. While I may not be the most drawn to the line in general, there are definitely a few pluses here.
For one, my minor quibbles with Nendoroids' usual overly perky expressions is solved, thanks to Kirito possessing not one, but two less than cheery face options. Of course, Kirito's badass coat looks just as great in any form, even miniaturized, giving the whole thing a bit more serious an air than most of the little line. It wouldn't be a Nendoroid without accessories, either, and while this Kirito has no issue with revealing his Dual Blade skill, he's also equipped with a potion and a tasty ragout rabbit. Asuna not included, however, so if you want to cook up a meal you'll have to grab her alone! Kirito and his ready-to-cook companion will be available in May for around ¥2,640.

To celebrate the holidays, Selina Briggs of the Jelly Empire has prepared two sets of Tuttz x Jellybots that will be going on sale this Friday at 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Check out the Grinch Tuttz with his faithful pooch Maxbot as well as the peppermint swirl duo.
Both look awesome, and I'm always happy to see Dr Seuss stuff incorporated into toys. The Tuttz even has a cute little Santa hat!
If you think you might buy these, don't be late -- 3 p.m. Eastern at The Jelly Empire shop. They'll be listed at US$60 per pair.
When dogs squeeze plastic fetching batons in their slobbery mouths during training, they could be ingesting potentially dangerous chemicals, researchers say.
I love cycling around Tokyo and every time I go out on my roadbike, I always thought to myself that it would be great if I could take you along too - well now I can with my GoPro HD Hero video camera which is attached to the phone mount that you can see in this post.
The GoPro lets me take full 1080p video footage. The video quality is great but the sound is not so which is why you cant hear any in the video below - its just wind ^^; You can also get along to YouTube to view the full HD version. Images in this post are screencaps from the video.
Music is from the album Mirai Music by vividblaze.
There is a poll embedded in this article.
And this is my steed - the GIOS Leggero.
And this is the GoPro - its the old version though which I picked up last year - only used it a few times. Will do up a review later.
Well, the tag certainly looks like it should be a nationwide sale … “Brian T.” suggests you might ask them for a price match? “Can’t believe that no one else has found these at $32.99 ??? I had to snap this this evening and Include the photo evidence for the Nay sayers. Oh well, [...]

We caught a glimpse of Orchid Seed's upcoming Alleyne figure (NSFW) at the Miyazawa Model Exhibition, but I've been wanting more than just a glimpse. Luckily the folks at Akiba Hobby posted more shots of Alleyne from the expo, giving us a better look at the figure.
Normally I'm not too high on Queen's Blade or swimsuit figures, but this one's very appealing. There's enough detail to generate some visual interest. The best detail is that the swimsuit is made of leaves. In the unpainted form, she kind of reminds me of Poison Ivy. Don't think I've overlooked the fact that she's rocking some abs. This version of Alleyne is no kung fu waif.
The only thing that's a bit off, as far as I can tell, is her face. It looks too small for the head size - but maybe she just has really big hair. The rest of the figure looks great, though, and I can't wait to see it painted. There isn't any release info yet but I'm definitely keeping an eye on this one.

These Millennium-based figures are always a bit tricky to review, because the characters they’re based often have had minimal character development and never had a toy. One or the other is generally required for me to establish enough of a connection to a figure to get excited about it – though if the design is [...]
Since my last custom-preview for the HUG show by Blamo at Toy Art Gallery, more images have popped up in the www - here are a few of them. Clockwise from top=left: "Ashby the Treehugger" by Gary Ham, Scott Wilkowski, Leecifer and SpankyStokes. Shown below is "The Tenor" from Vallydweller which I thought hilarious in concept! *NICE*

Hobbits, and dwarves, and goblins! Oh my! The Hobbit week continues at CTR with the addition of The Bridge Direct's grotesquely evil Grinnah the Goblin figure, to our photo archive. With the third entry in the line, we're curios to know what you think of The Bridge Direct's 3-3/4-inch Hobbit line. Leave us a comment and let us know.
Tuttzie: "I have two older brothers...
They're okay, they don't bully me that much :)"
Ironically I am the eldest in the Heng Family, with a younger brother and sister after me. As the eldest son, my Chinese parents have been pretty forgiving of my exceedingly modest achievements in the "traditional family" scheme of things, and as a brother, I reckon I've never been what-you-might-deem a "

No more dolls for me this year but she sure is dramatic. Gorgeous skin tone and fashion.
I love Lego. However, since they aren’t the main focus of my collection, I tend to stay away except for the occasional clearaence item or the blind bagged minifigures. I was extremely happy when I saw this set was coming and nabbed it the first time I saw it. This is the Riddles for the [...]
