Kidrobot's next Dunny is Angry Woebots' Shadow Friend
The next 8-inch Dunny from Kidrobot is now known, and it's Angry Woebots' Shadow Friend. Based off his Dunny 2Tone chase figure, the dark gray piece features Woebots' usual panda stylings, and comes with a speared fish accessory. The "1000 Deep" printed on the back of the Dunny's head? That's the number of wild pandas left in the world.
Only 1250 of these have been made, and they'll be US$75 (£60, €69.60) when they're released on December 6. You'll be able to find them in Kidrobot stores, Kidrobot's online shop and select retailers. Woebots will also be making two signing tour stops: December 5 at Kidrobot LA (7971 Melrose Ave.) and December 6 at Kidrobot San Francisco (1512 Haight St.) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific both nights.

Duffy the Disney Bear is ready for winter
The weather is getting cooler and Duffy the Disney Bear is breaking out his winter clothes. A sweater and cap set (US$20) sized for the 17 inch plush was recently released at the Disney Parks. I also spotted the outfit over at the Disney Store online. Another piece of Disney Parks merchandise that can be purchased online is the santa outfit (US$20), making a return appearance from last year. If you don't own the 17 inch Duffy, there is also a special 9 inch holiday Duffy, decked out in a red jacket and cap.
Coming out next week on Friday, November 23, is the first of Duffy's new costume trunks. They will be a series of outfits that have accessories. This one is a darling pajama set (US$30) with a little Duffy-sized pillow and slippers for his "bare" feet. There is a chance the costume trunk will see an online release but it may turn out to be exclusive to the parks.
What do you think of these new additions to Duffy's wardrobe?

Sculpture Culture show opens on Saturday in Ontario
There's not normally a lot going on in the part of the world where I grew up, but this weekend -- a few hours away from far eastern Michigan -- Uber Cool Stuff is bringing the indie toy scene to London, Ontario in the form of Sculpted Culture. The show will feature work from Brad Biederman, Gabe Griffiths and Jordan Gosselin, as well as pieces from indie toy designers throughout the province of Ontario. That sounds like it has the potential to be quite a bit of fun!
The show opens from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Saturday at Uber Cool Stuff (123 Carling St., London, Ontario), and runs through Nov. 25. I'd love to go, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it there before the show ends; as always, I'll say go if you can!
