Legends Series Official Product Images - Sixshot, Doublecross, Misfire, Broadside
TakaraTomy Mall has activated product pages for the November assortment of Legends Series items, including Sixshot, Doublecross, Misfire, and Broadside. Of particular note, Sixshot's Titan Master has not just received a new faceplate relative to the Hasbro release, but has been extensively changed, now representing a miniature version of Sixshot's own robot mode! Changes to the others are more down to the typical deco differences, and of course the Targetmasters for Misfire and Doublecross. All four of these are due to be released late in November. MotUC listed in Mattel Shop, currently with free shipping
Matty Collector closed with a whisper rather than a bang late last year (although the final sale -- which I stupidly delayed in ordering until it was too late -- was an explosion of value), taking with it many of our cherished toy lines. While the Masters of the Universe Classics line is effectively dead (Super 9 is making *some* figures, but so far they just seem like repaints of previously released MotUCs... and I stupidly delayed pulling the trigger there as well), the older releases may briefly live on in Mattel's shop.
Mattel has added many of Matty Collector's Masters of the Universe figures to its shop, including the classics and minis. On top of that, the site is offering free shipping on all of its Masters items during this week.
While this seems like great news, many of these figures have been available through Mattel's ebay sellers store and, in some instances, at a cheaper price. Plus not everything they list is actually in stock, including convention items like the Hover Robots 3-pack.
All the same, I suppose this is good news since it feels a bit less like overstock they're still trying to get rid of... although that's almost certainly what these are. And, on the brighter side, it seems to include some things I haven't seen listed in their ebay seller's store.

Via Dengeki Hobby we've got the stock photos for December's MP-39 Sunstreaker. Showcasing some fantastic looking poseability, along with the car mode's ability to switch between "realistic" and "accurate" configurations, as well as little extras like the launcher hidden under the spoiler, these are giving the hard sell on this Masterpiece. Last up for the TakaraTomy stock photos this morning is a quick round of MP-12+ Lambor - or Sideswipe, as you prefer. Like the "plus" version of Red Alert before it, this goes for a deco more in line with the cartoon appearance, largely trading out its silver paint for white in the process. This appears also to come with a full assortment of piledriver add-ons, accessories that had in the past been split among retailer exclusive editions. Extended Bayhem in Final Trailer For Transformers The Last Knight
In the fourth, and what is being called the "Final", trailer for Transformers The Last Knight we get all the Bayhem we've seen thus far, and then some, rolled into one minute and a half of more than meets the eyes. What is being promoted as the movie that "shatters the core myths of the Transformers franchise". The film that is a shorter "by a whole lot" than previous movies, is truly shaping up to something else. What that is, will be fully revealed on June 21st. After London attack, Facebook says aims to be 'hostile environment' for terrorists
Facebook said it wanted to make its social media platform a "hostile environment" for terrorists in a statement issued after attackers killed seven people in London and prompted Prime Minister Theresa May to demand action from internet firms. Three attackers rammed a hired van into pedestrians on London Bridge and stabbed others nearby on Saturday night in Britain's third major militant attack in recent months. May responded to the attack by calling for an overhaul of the strategy used to combat extremism, including a demand for greater international regulation of the internet, saying big internet companies were partly responsible for providing extreme ideology the space to develop.
