If like many others you were baffled, alarmed, and/or disappointed by the initial reveal of TakaraTomy's Legends Series Kup and its decidedly unsaturated grey deco, it looks like there's nothing more to worry about. New updated photos have been added to the TakaraTomy Mall listing for the figure, clearly showing now that Kup will have a still slightly muted teal coloration far more in line with the general cartoon look of the character. These new photos also give some new angles, helping to show off the new molding better, including the new face. Keep reading to see the fresh batch of pictures!

Following on our original report, the Snakas blog has details on the Shadow Spark Optimus Prime Redeco for The Last Knight. According to the post, this will be offered in some kind of campaign where fans will need to obtain a ticket to redeem for the figure like the movie Grimlock offered in the past. Word is this special repainted edition Voyager class Optimus Prime is a darker / nemesis edition with purple eyes. There is a very small image that shows what appears to be regular movie colors that you can see with the translated post.
