Pre-order Nakaimo's adorable eyecatches in figure form

Pre-order Nakaimo's adorable eyecatches in figure form screenshot

I may be in the minority when I say this, but I am really enjoying NakaImo.I've buckled down this season and have managed to keep current with a lot of shows, and for a harem anime I have to say NakaImo hits all right right spots! Likeable and attractive characters, a legitimately interesting mystery plot, and best of all, a protagonist that isn't gynophobic milquetoast! One memorable thing about the show is each episode the girls pop out of a gashapon machine in the eyecatches.

Media Factory's added the series to its Nano Colle lineup of chibi figures, fitting the show's interludes perfectly in the process. Almost every major character is available, other than the newly introduced Yuzurina. I'd also take Kurumi even if she's a side character, but nonetheless, it's still a cute line! If you'd like to pick any up, a box of eight will run around ¥3,720 this January.

Babies, babies, babies!

After a hectic few months of summer filled with all sorts of non-plush related stuff, I am back plush-making like a demon to make up for all the time missed. What has all that got to do with babies, you say? Well, I have been busy making a few baby gifts, among other plush goodies.

First off I made a few bibs for each new mom, since you can never have too many bibs once the baby starts eating semi-solid and solid foods, right? These are made from fun cotton prints, with a pocket for holding a washcloth or binky.

I also made these plush bunnies for the lovely Sally, who had her beautiful baby girl last week. Sally asked me to create a bunny that had the baby's initials on it somewhere:

She's made from soft fleece, with cottons for her dress, and a super-soft corduroy for her sweater. No buttons or any choking hazards on either of the bunnies, of course.

I also created a smaller, rag doll type bunny to give to the baby right away, out of lovely fleece and flannels for softness and hug-ability. :)

For the wonderful Marcy, I made these bibs. I loooved these prints and bought them especially with Marcy in mind:

and a version of my Lime Bear:

Congratulations to both of the new moms!

RoboCop Teaser Poster & That Shiny RoboCop Image

Circulating now on Facebook is this teaser poster for Robocop (from Cine 1), which looks pretty intriguingly interesting, but for the fact we have seen the battle suit a scant few days back … then again there is this image (shown below) of a rendered Robocop with shiny-bits, for which I have zero idea of this was "legit", or where the image actually originated from (darn random FB-posts!). What

Spotted the above poster for Marvel's ANT MAN on Cine 1, with a close-up of Ant Man's "ant"-themed helmet - brightened in photoshop and posted below - right next to the comicbook versions (Somehow prefer the Scott Lang version, but that's perhaps for another post, another time ;p). Unsure if this is a legit image or a fan-made one, but the tagline is pretty "cute" tho: "BE BIG" lol

Custom Delights: Phu!'s Warpath

Custom Delights: Phu!'s Warpath screenshot

Phu! has sent us photos and info on his latest designer toy custom, a tricked out 7-inch G-Robot he's calling Warpath. In addition to getting the purple, black and silver paint job that is commonplace on Phu! customs, he's sculpted out a little seat for a Rebel Pilot Qee to take the controls and added in a few new things like piping running from the arms to head and body, and a little bandolier under the left arm with the cannon attached to it. In fact, the cannons may be a new addition, too, if I remember

This piece was for a private collector, so alas, it's not for sale and sitting on someone else's shelf. But Phu! is always hard at work on something else, so stay tuned for his next creation!

Anyone out there want a Revoltech Naked Jehuty? Well, whether or not you want one, you're getting one. Appearing on Hideo Kojima's Twitter page, we have some lovely images of Kaiyodo's Revoltech Naked Jehuty in all its poseable action, and yes, the left hand has some translucent PVC parts to it. Looks pretty good from these photos!

We'll see more of Revoltech Naked Jehuty at Tokyo Game Show, it seems. And considering that starts in a few hours over in Japan, we should have some lovely photos popping up of Naked Jehuty on the show floor soonish. Anyone excited about this news?
