New in from the iTunes store, we have our first look at interior pages from the final chapter of All Hail Optimus with The Transformers issue 55. However, it looks like we're not getting the typical first three pages, since this preview is picking up somewhere mid-action! As has been seen before, that's usually done to preserve more spoiler-sensitive content, so it may be that an earlier page gives away something important. The issue is expected to be in shops in July 27th, and we'll have the review first right here on TFormers. Keep reading to check out the preview.
Thanks to Blacklai, we've got a series of images showing off the Master Sword accessory for Titans Return Fortress Maximus. This giant weapon will be included with both the soon to be available San Diego Comic-Con release and the TakaraTomy Fortress Maximus in September. For select Hasbro markets in Asia this is also being given out as a special promotional item with its own packaging, as can be seen in the gallery. TFCon this past weekend produced an interesting tidbit of information. Twitter user AutovoltGTS reports from a Q&A panel that Ian Corlett, best known to Transformers fans as the voice of Cheetor will have a part in an upcoming episode of Robots in Disguise. No details of the role could be shared, but with Corlett's voice acting skills, the appearance should be very enjoyable even without the previous Transformers connection.
