Alien Day continues! Kotobukiya unveils Dog Alien ARTFX+ statue
Kotobukiya has released images of an upcoming 1/10-scale "Dog Alien" ARTFX+ statue. Fans will remember this particular quadrupedal Xenomorph from Alien3 where, rather than spawning from a human's body, it instead incubated inside a dog's body (or, depending in another version, a cow).
The Dog Alien makes for a pretty wicked-looking statue, especially in that pose. It should look even cooler with the light-up mini-LED base that comes with the collectible which, I imagine, would light up any collector's shelves.
If you're interested, the ARTFX+ Dog Alien can currently be pre-ordered for US$90 and is expected to release this November.

Alien Day concludes with Funko's new Pop!s and ReAction figures
Not to be left out of Alien Day, Funko showed off images of some upcoming Aliens collectibles: an incredible Pop! Alien Queen, a Pop! Ellen Ripley, and a ReAction Aliens 3-pack (featuring Ripley, a 5.5-inch power loader, and a 5.5-inch Alien Queen).
The Alien Queen seems like a bit of a must-own while the other items are pretty neat collectibles. Of course, one has to wonder if it's worth buying a Pop! Ripley just to have that awesome over-sized Pop! Alien Queen tower over her.
Expect to see this in August.

DX9 Toys Gewalt Unofficial MP Blitzwing And More On Display
DX9 has shared some pictures from a small display exhibit of their upcoming items on Weibo. Notably this gives us a nice look at a color sample of their Gewalt figure, a Masterpiece-esque take on G1 Blitzwing. Though it's only seen in robot mode, it seems to favor the cartoon rather strongly. Some of the DX9's smaller items were also shown, including Mightron/Megatron, Leah/Arcee, Toufold/Kup and apparently the three pack versions of their Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Scourge.
