BotCon 2016 - Terrorsaur from Combiner Wars Air Raid Revealed?

On episode 142 of the Cybercast YouTube show Pete Sinclair teased an upcoming BotCon 2016 figure. This figure was a recolor of Combiner Wars Air Raid done in red with a mouth painted on it, which looks to be Beast Wars Terrorsaur. You may recall the Dawn of the Predacus box art revealed a while back featured a red jet flying in the upper left corner. This appears to be this jet.
