Kotobukiya adds new products to their ArtFX statue series
This week, we received a bunch of new statues from Kotobukiya. Their impressive line of ArtFX+ statues continues to increase with some great new options for Marvel, DC and Star Wars statues in 1/10 scale. Particularly nice to see is Kotobukiya focus on some lesser known characters such as Red Hood featured in the lead image above.
In case you've not heard about Kotobukiya, here's a quick summary. They've been around for many years and produce a range of 1/10, 1/6 and 1/7 high-quality PVC statues as well as some more expensive resin statues. They cover characters from DC Comics, Marvel and Star Wars.

Kotobukiya DC Comics Red Hood ARTFX+ Statue
From the DC universe comes Red Hood. This cracking 1/10 scale statue has a variety of different paint colours, both gloss and matte which creates an eye-catching statue.

Kotobukiya DC Comics Batman Arkham Knight ARTFX+ Statue
An excellent statue of Batman based on his look in the fantastic Arkham Knight video game. This statue comes with a scene that lets you pose Batman in a variety of ways giving you some great display options. There is also a second statue of the Arkham Knight which can be displayed alongside this one for a great battle scene (see below). He costs £59.95 delivered.

New Masterpiece Optimus Primal Images Showing Color Prototype From Latest TakaraTomy Video
This morning on the ninth episode of TakaraTomy's Beast Wars anniversary video series, we've been treated to a look at the Masterpiece Optimus Primal prototype seen in color at Winter Wonderfest now in beast mode, as well as showing off its accessories and weapons in robot mode in color. The new images of the figure were shown off while Sumire Uesaka, voice of Q Transformers Arcee attempted to transform an original Beast Wars Dinobot in the inset window in the corner. KFC CST-D02B Hema-Fright Images - Dino Casette Return
I'm happy to see KFC has restarted it's dino cassettes. I just spoke with Keith, and it seems his name is Hema-Fright. Comes loose, no box or card. Online bio coming soon. This mold was designed by Cassy Sark, from what I'm told. The weapons are taken from the Haymaker version of the mold, but I see the head is from Bladeback.
