First Clear Look At Unite Warriors Blast Off - Updated With Design Analysis!
We reported last night on the leak of a retailer order form showing in extreme low-res the first sign of the new mold Blast Off for Unite Warriors. Tonight, nakigao_san on Twitter has posted a magazine scan - most likely from the new Figure King issue - giving us a much better, more detailed look at Blast Off. The figure is designed with a new transformation that plays with the tropes of Combiner Wars design and gives a design influenced by the cartoon model. X-Transbots Shows Off Swarm Team MP-Style Sweep Three Pack
On their Facebook, X-Transbots has posted some images showing off the Swarm Team, a Sweeps-based reuse of their Andras unofficial Scourge figure. While lacking the Targetmaster buddy, the set is shown to include some Ghost Starscream possession parts, plus a transformation cog and eye of either Trypticon or Metroplex. Pricing and release timeframe is currently undisclosed. But for those pleasantly surprised by Andras, here's a possible chance to experience the figure a few more times! Masterpiece Optimus Primal Prototype Revealed In Magazine
Also from the pages of the latest Figure King, we have the first look at the prototype or early testshot of Masterpiece Optimus Primal. A stunning effort to emulate the look and behavior of the beast mode seen in the cartoon within the confines of reality and needing to transform, the upright and regular gorilla posture are both shown, plus a variety of facial expressions. The robot eyes are shown to light up, and a limited selection of weapon gimmicks are also on display. Keep reading to take a look!
