Currently in Japan, Comic Market (Comiket) 89 has just wrapped up. Among the many fan produced items for all sorts of properties being sold at the event was a Transformers artbook, called More Than Just A Geek Spark. Masabon1980 obtained a copy of this book and has shared many images from it on his Photobucket account. Hisashi Yuki Shows Off His Cel Collection, Is Still Talking About Masterpiece Star Saber
Hisashi Yuki showed off his - or possibly TakaraTomy's - collection of G1 Transformers cels on Twitter today! He explained that he'd pulled the collection out in the process of working on MP Star Saber: before cartoons on DVD, a collection of cels was a great way for designers to study models, and even now they're helpful for color-matching. He's particularly proud of the one Galvatron cel, and I don't blame him! Keep reading to have a look for yourself.
