Today the Transformers Game Facebook page has posted a quick profile for Soundwave, highlighting the character's classic abilities and the kinds of moves he'll perform in the game. As usual, this should also mean a video showing off Soundwave in action very soon also. Plus we have a small extra in the form of lineart for the Seeker body used in the game, in this case seemingly based on Ramjet. Keep reading to check out both!
On their Weibo page, we have a new update from DX9 Toys. Their small scale Devastator, Hulkie, is now at the point of a color testshot, showing that it's proceeding along nicely. It's also revealed that a new separate armor piece has been added to the design to give it a bit more classic appearance at the cost of one non-integral component during transformation. We also get highlighted a bent steel beam that Hulkie can hold, though a Transformer bending steel might not be the best show of strength. Click through to check it out!
On display at a TakaraTomy booth right now, we've gotten our very first look at the Masterpiece Hot Rod teased in Figure King this month. Seen as a gray prototype, we should perhaps hope that it's not quite all finished yet as the hood/chest doesn't seem to be folding down flat. But the greatest surprise was elsewhere on the table, with a prototype for Masterpiece Shockwave. These first images don't show the tags clearly to hint at release timing, but it looks like 2016 will be an interesting MP year. Keep reading for more info!
