Unite Warriors UW03 Defensor - Color Test Shot Of Deluxe-Scale Groove

The color testshot images show Groove in Robot Mode, and in Vehicle Mode being ridden by a second Groove, showing the motorcycle is indeed in riding scale with other Transformers. The face lift was not as much of a surprise as was the entire announcement. I'm somewhat out of the loop and rarely read the W Club stuff. However, I did notice that there was a teaser post recently. It was posted the day after an entire thread concerning Veronique's polka dot gown was deleted by the W Club police. Good diversion. Did it work?
Starting with this totally radical collection, Tulabelle is ready to face the world like never before with a new, more mature look, created especially for you!That's really nice of them. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
The new sculpt is a huge improvement and the entire collection is interesting, varied and contains unusual accessories.

A problem I see is the ill-fitting shorts. This same bad fit is seen above on the Idol Thoughts doll. Someone has to redraft the pattern for a proper fit.
Didn't Tulabelle have her own body previously or was she on the teen Poppy body all along?

DST's Femme Fatales Supergirl & new Minimates on sale now
Diamond Select Toys' latest batch of collectibles may be in your local comic book or specialty store right now. The assortment includes the awesome new Femme Fatales Supergirl (based on her DCAU appearance), the Nightmare Before Christmas Minimates that were featured in DST's absolutely stunning Toy Fair display, some "first appearance" comic version Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Minimates, and a Bluntman baseball cap.
The NBC Minimates seem to be a blind-bagged series with US$6 MSRP and will feature rare glow-in-the-dark variants of Sally & Jack. They look great and the price point is roughly what you'd pay for other blind-boxed items.
Of course, the Femme Fatales Supergirl steals the show. As I may have mentioned before, the cartoon design has translated beautifully to statue form. The DCAU Femme Fatales are turning out great and, with a US$45 MSRP, are great mid-range, affordable collectibles.
While I'm not a big Kevin Smith fan (doubly so after Tusk and Red State, yeesh!), the Bluntman baseball cap is neat for its homage to another hero. You can pick it up for US$25.
