I'm sure DanMachi's Hestia is a character in her own right, but the general anime-aware public might know her more for her peculiar fashion sense. Indeed Max Factory's 1/7-scale PVC rendition goes all in on the boob string.
Is it a cheesy character design? Sure. But this kind of borderline ecchi figure has been part of Max Factory's MO as of late. Fortunately they tend to be of high quality with minimal derp.
Hestia is up for pre-order for ¥12,800. To me that seems a bit much (just over US$100 at the current conversion rate) but my notions of what figures should cost were formed like four years ago. She'll be out in April 2016.

Our friend chuckdawg has stopped by the forums to once again share with us a new review video. This time he's looking at the Toys R Us exclusive Optimus Prime vs Megatronus Legion Class Two Pack from Clash of The Transformers. Genmon Photo Vault on Facebook again offers a set of excellent photos. This time looking at the just-released Unite Warriors Menasor wearing the Perfect Combiner PC-01 hands and feet and the PC-04 body kit. Besides showing how the parts look on the Takara release, they do a great job of demonstrating just what kind of mobility Menasor can have using the parts. The Transformers Game Facebook page has updated once again, offering up a couple pieces of concept art for Sideswipe. Though not as detailed in to a development process as some of the prior reveals, these are nice pieces of clean lineart that reflect Sideswipe's appearance in the game and are still fun little bits of background to see. By way of a pack-in catalog image, we have what we believe is the first look at Transformers Adventure Stepper, originally revealed as part of the fourth VS pack some months back. Just as expected from the name and the silhouette of the Jazz toy as a placeholder, this is very much a classic Stepper (or Ricochet), and similar to Gold Armor Grimlock features a modified headsculpt with a visor rather than Jazz's separate eyes. Combiner Wars meets Masterpiece in another photo shoot from Gikpa, who has found a way to attach the Masterpiece Bumblebee mold (the G2 variety in this case) to the Combiner Wars Optimus torso, and still getting Legends Rodimus in there too! While the method of combination is not shown in these photos, it's still an interesting and not at all bad looking custom combined form.
