The shirts are 5800 Yen, and the hoodie is 13,800 Yen, and all are One (Japanese) Size Fits All. Here is a sneak-peek look at the next statue to appear in the "Batman Classic Collection" by the Tweeter Head, the Kathy Kane Batwoman Maquette!! It is No.2 in the series.

It is Strictly Limited to 250 pieces and will have a retail price of $224.99. It measures approx. 12 Inches Tall (1/6th Scale) and was sculpted by Michael Cusanelli.

It has an official release date within the 3rd quarter of 2015 and can be purchased at the Official TWEETERHEAD Website.

Hello to all vintage Batman toy fans! Check out this new documentary movie poster for the upcoming "Tokyo Toy Guy 2"! This new film will contain more than 50 unexposed ultra-rare Japanese Batman toys, an exclusive interview with Chip Kidd in Dubai talking about his "100 Batman: Black & White Comic Book Covers" Project and there might even be an exclusive phone interview with the Manga Comic Legend, Jiro Kuwata! 

The new movie will premier this year at Middle East Comic Con 2015, Paris Comic Con 2015 and hopefully other Comic Cons in the United States.

Expelled from Paradise is a big deal anime film release from this past December, so I haven't had a chance to see it (even if Aniplex was kind enough to screen it in America, I don't live in a city large enough to warrant exhibition). The filmmakers are the most exciting aspect of the movie, to me (including Gen Urobuchi, Seiji Mizushima, and Nitroplus). To compliment the release, Alphamax produced a 1/8th scale figure of the movie's protagonist Angela Balzac. And they paid close attention to the posterior (like, really close).

She is sculpted with a single foot on the stand; so if you are in constant fear of your pre-posed toys leaning and bending, this may cause concern. Her massive amount of hair may lead to some weight distribution problems. I can't tell if she's flying or performing in a silly walk competition. The translucent blue-green plastic really stands out, though it doesn't seem to match the film's more sea-green version of her costume highlights (star hair clasps!). The overall paint job looks great, with careful attention to skin tone. We're looking at an August release, and no release date for the film stateside. If you want to scoop her up in anticipation the MSRP is ¥12,800 (about $105).

If you're anything like me, you may have suddenly noticed an influx of Tomopop editors. It's like, who are these people? Where did they come from? Who do they work for? (Oh, right, us.)

Having learned our lesson from previous recruitment drives, we here at Tomopop can confirm that these writers are actual humans and not a group of squirrels in a trenchcoat pretending to be a man (Fool us once, squirrels, shame on you. It looks like our good buddy and Artist, Steve Gaul, has been very very busy lately. Check out this installation of a Digital Illustration he recently did of a cool Vintage 1970's Batman Bat-Cycle Toy. It looks like he broke it down into a timeline/biography blueprint of sorts.  It's going to be on exhibit at the Zeitgeist Gallery in Beverly, MA. on April 12th, 2015.
