We have received news about a new doll collaboration between Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Barbie Collector this year. For 55 years, the Barbie Award has been given to fashionable female celebrities who turn others green with envy over their Barbie-like look. Kyary was chosen for the award because her status as an icon of Harajuku is known worldwide, coupled with her activities as a singer and her charisma, which shines through her fashion too. Tomopop Review: Threezero's RWBY Ruby Rose
With the popularity of anime it's no surprise that the west would produce some imitators. There have been many failures, but some, like Totally Spies! (yeah, they still make new episodes), manage to find their legs. Others, such as Avatar and the Legend of Korra, become cultural juggernauts. And then there's RWBY, a web series so hot it's not only proven it's popularity in the west, but also currently breaking ground in Japan.

The Bishoujo fight continues with a teaser for Sakura
Kotobukiya recently posted a teaser for its upcoming Street Fighter Bishoujo Sakura. As mentioned in our Winter WonFes coverage, the figure was on display at Kotobukiya's booth but no photos were allowed.
Sakura's illustration previously appeared in the Kotobukiya catalog and depicts the character in a fairly typical Shoryuken-style rising uppercut (her version of the attack is called the Shoudoken). While this is generally a good pose, we won't know how the figure turned out without seeing the face. I'm guessing that the full figure will be officially unveiled to the public come this weekend at Toy Fair.

Wonder Festival 2015 Winter: Vocaloid Garage Kits
Despite not being as popular as the line once was, Miku is still able to generate a number of new kits still. However, it does seem that the other vocaloids have not been able to keep their popularity up.
I doubt that Miku will be going anywhere though. She'll be present at wonder festival for a while still so fans will still have things to look forward to! Still, it's quite a marked difference from pre-KanColle events when we got so many vocaloid kits at each wonder festival...
