Tamashii's June announcements are coming in, and Kamen Rider Gaim fans will be pleased by a couple of items. The Gen Urobuchi (Puella Magi Madoka Magica , Psycho-Pass) penned, and fan-beloved series will see the release of a new figure and re-release of an older one. First up is the new: Kamen Rider Ryugen Yomotsuheguri Arms.
This is a powered up form of the Ryugen rider, and looks sort of like Mer-Man (Masters of the Universe fish face). As a Tamashii Web Exclusive in Japan, he might not be one to wait around on. He has some insane looking accessories, which are "Overlord Weapons." For slicing and stabbing. His armor looks plentiful, which is expected of an upgraded armor set. His S.H. Figuarts will come with 8 total hands, to allow for different styles of killing overlords, and securing the fields containing the Forbidden Fruit. Gaim is pretty deep, guys.
The re-release is the main Rider: Gaim. Known as the "Orange Arms" form, this is the opportunity to get the former dancer-turned-armored-hero if one was to have missed out earlier. This is the primary form if you are keeping keeping count, so if you're planning on getting into Gaim then he's an essential part of the toku-breakfast. That's a fruit joke alright. Anyway, he comes with the Musou Saber, and the Orange Lock Seed. Which looks like a dagger in the shape of an orange slice.
Pre-orders are in-coming. Prices look around the US$53 mark for Ryuga, and $38 for Gaim.
