MegaHobby Expo 2014 Autumn: Revolve
I'm completely unfamiliar with Revolve or most of the characters they had on display at their MehgaHobby Expo booth, but their painted figure of Chu Feng's Liu Li is stunning. Yes, she looks like a bee and that "stinger" of hers is a bit ludicrous, but she's a gorgeous sculpt and the paint looks pretty solid, too.
Liu Li wasn't all at the booth, though: A line of dolls they're calling RevDolls, Ena Hoshijiro from Shidonia no Kishi; and Hoshimiya Kate from Sekai Seifuku: Bouryaku no Zvezda were all on display. Check out the gallery and let us know if you see anything you like!

Riot Games finally, finally opens League of Legends merch store
After a long, long wait, Riot Games have finally opened up an official merchandise store for League of Legends (and presumably, any other games they make), and no surprise: collectibles are a significant part of the offerings. Nendoroid Ahri -- who was available at the 2014 Worlds in South Korea -- is not among the items for sale, but there are a few options for those wanting a little League stuff on their shelf:
- Plush-wise, Annie's bear Tibbers (US$30) and two Poros -- a regular and a Rammus cosplaying one (both US$25) are available in the shop. I'd expect the lovable little Poro is going to be quite a hot commodity ... but can we get a Draven Poro in shop soon?
- On the statue front, there's only one option at the moment and that's the hulking Thresh (US$70), standing 9.5 inches tall.
- Looking for something smaller? There are a series of five 3.75-inch figures as well, one for each traditional position: Jinx (AD Carry), Leona (support), Gragas (mid/top lane), Jax (top lane) and Kha'Zix (jungle). Each one is in a super-deformed style and will set you back US$25; there's no option to buy them as a set, currently.
Check out the store for more merch, and let us know if you've got your eye on anything. That Poro plush and the 3.75-inch figures will very likely be in my collection soon!
