Good Smile Company takes on TMNT Statues based on James Jean’s Artwork
Regular readers may remember that the supremely talented HairyAsHell started up his own studio earlier this year with the intent of creating new works to sell to collectors. Well, they're ramping up now and have opened up their first work for pre-order which will be Evil Ryu from Super Streetfighter IV: AE.
Like all his other works, the level of detail on the statue is immense and the Messatsu Gouhadou effect looks really cool as well. Only making it translucent could make it cooler in my eyes!
Evil Ryu is due to be part of a 2-piece diorama so you can expect a partner statue to appear after Ryu is out the door. If you're interested in pre-ordering Ryu, you can set an order up on the kinetiquettes website where he costs $350. As a bonus, if you pre-order, you also get a couple of nice art-prints as a bonus! What do the Streetfighter fans think of this rendition? Granted, some liberties were taken in the final design but I think the changes do make the statue stand out without detracting from the original design. Sound off in the comments!

Earlier today Transformers mobile gaming publishers DeNA Games briefly posted then deleted an image of a Super Deformed-style Megatron with the title "Transformers Battle League." It seems likely that this is a new mobile game in the works. Odd timing for a leak considering that New York Comic Con was just happening. Keep reading for the photo plus some wild speculation!

Just up on the Official Paramount Pictures page on Pintrest, are some free Transformers Halloween goodies. They have uploaded Autobot and Decepticon masks that you can print out at home to create you own Transformers halloween costume this year. They have also posted a couple of Transformers Age of Excintction banners you can print out for parties and creative uses.
After taking China's movie boxoffice by storm this summer. It should be no surprise that Universal have announced they will be opening a new theme park in Beijing, as reported by the Seattle Times. The explosive success of Transformers: Age of Extinction all but ensures a place in the new Theme Park that is said to cost $3.3-billion for the 300-acre entertainment facility.
