Funko's next wave of figures is inspired by Despicable Me films
Funko has been pretty much killing it with their releases recently, and this Despicable Me wave is no different: we've got two Minion Funko Pop! Figures coming out this month, and a set of Mystery Minis in November. Pretty much all of them are a must-buy, and I especially love how damn adorable Gru looks. Pictures below!
I just wonder, though... why are El Macho and the mutant Minion in the set, meaning we're seeing crossover between DM 1 and 2, but not Lucy? Why not, yanno, chuck the Unicorn doll and add one of the main characters to the set instead?
Maybe there's a second series coming, and we'll see Gru dressed as a fairy princess, and other similarly awesome ideas for Mystery Minis I've got. Funko, you can call me up anytime.
