Devastator, you beast of a combiner from Transformers. How you have made an impact on the fans of the series. Is it any wonder why you have been getting a bit of love recently from the third party makers? One of these makers is TFC Toys and recently they revealed on their Facebook page the completed form of Hercules, their take on the Constructicons Devastator.
I wasn't big on the individual robot and vehicle forms and was unsure about the combined form but after seeing these color photos, I'm sold. Well, if I were to buy it I would be sold. It's ingenious how they used the treads to make the forearms and the mix of colors looks very balanced. The figure is looking rather tall, too. Based on the shelf photo and compared to Predaking, Hercules is looking to stand a good 12 inches tall.
It's impressive to look at but that price tag is certainly a killer with each part going for near US$100. That's a US$600 figure! ...yeah, definitely sticking to my Generation 1 Devastator (review coming soon). But if you like your detail you can find some of TFC Toys' Hercules available now and others up for pre-order. Any collectors already constructing this herculean robot?

With Nendoroid Popura and the Nendoroid Wagnaria opening later next year, it was only a matter of time that other staff members from Working!! would be hired at this Nendoroid City restaurant. Revealed in the latest magazine scans, Mahiru Inami will be joining Popura as a Nendoroid from Max Factory.
It's a bit hard to see the detail of this Nendoroid prototype but you can definitely see that she'll have her traits that make Mahiru who she is. I admit I have always seen Mahiru as cute so for her to get a Nendoroid figure has me excited. I also now feel obligated to purchase the Wagnaria Nendoroid Playset. Though, I'll have to figure out what to do about Kaito and Kyon what with Mahiru have that reflex of slugging guys in close proximity of her...
The Nendoroid Mahiru figure is slated for a 2012 release with other details still pending. Of course we'll learn more when Mikatan makes another blog post.

These pictures aren't as great as we tend to get when it's sample time, but today you could check out this gallery for some pictures of upcoming Beach Queens Yozora Mikazuki (Haganai) that just went up for pre-order last week.
I'm still not sold on this figure given that I would have preferred the black and white bodysuit, but you know, this doesn't look bad, either. The lighting stinks in some of these images, making her look blurry or like she's got a crazy sun tan for someone who doesn't really expose much skin or go outside. Once you look past that, and focus instead on the molding and clean lines of the swimsuit, maybe it'll grow on you, too!
Here's hoping Sena's figure is just as adorable!

I ashamed to admit it but, despite the content of Queen's Blade, I've always had a thing for a couple of the characters. One of them being the nun Siggy from Queen's Blade Rebellion because of her mature appearance. Too bad because of her character she would have me burned at the stake. ...and definitely anyone who has had a hand in her figure creations.
Revealed in the recent magazine scans, it has been revealed that Siggy will be the next in line to become a poseable Revoltech figure from Kaiyodo. With Kaiyodo producing so many other characters from this time, it was sooner or later that she would be selected as a release. Looking at the unpainted prototype, it looks like Siggy will not only have the usual bendable joints but also her hair. Siggy comes with all her bustiness as well as weapons and, of course, her damaged clothes and... removable underwear...
Revoltech Siggy is scheduled for a April, 2012 release for a retail price of ¥2,900.
