Sega's Summer WonFes booth featured prize figures for Neon Genesis Evangelion, Vocaloid, and Terra Formars, among other properties. Among the highlights were a seated Gendo (!!!), Caster (Fate/EXTRA CCC), mini Terraformars, the Evangelion pilot girls, and a pretty nice Meiko.
Of course, there were also a lot of things I couldn't identify, including what appears to be an unpainted prototype for one of the Terra Formars BUG members.
Be sure to check out the gallery.

Orchid Seed has come a pretty long way from its early beginnings. While the company still focuses on more... adult figure offerings, their releases now are of much higher quality so any embarrassment felt when showing off the figures to those not into the same hobby won't be due to the poor build quality!
On the plus side, Orchid Seed often shun the bigger titles to produce figures from and give lesser titles a chance. I'm pretty sure you're not likely to find other companies make a figure of a character from the anime Blassrieter afterall (mostly because it was pretty bad and utterly forgettable)!
As well as keeping a section dedicated to their "seven deadly sins" series of figures, Orchid Seed also showed off unpainted prototypes of Stocking to go with their already released Panty from Panty and Stocking as well as another Sorceress figure from Dragon's Crown. They even went and showed off a figure of Yuuko Sagiri from Triage X, a manga from the creators of Highschool of the Dead! Come to think of it, there weren't many figures of that manga or anime series, was there? Feels like a missed opportunity there, though the relatively poor quality of the releases probably didn't help.
Overall, it does feel like Orchid Seed are tidying up their releases somewhat. While their offerings are still very much adult orientated, their items on display are somewhat less risque than in previous shows. We'll have to wait and see what direction they will be heading in the future.

San Diego Comic-Con's designer toy section was a veritable gauntlet packed full of bodies and vendors but even with all the chaos, it wasn't hard to spot Furry Feline Creatives' booth. Topped with a giant doll of their Chef Tako character, the area had many new items from the minds of Alvin and Cheri Ong. I will be honest, what I most excited about were their four con-exclusive Kawaii Kaiju Friends plushes. The pictures don't do justice to these toys' vivid colors. They were positively electric! And I wasn't the only attendee enamored with them; they were practically flying off the shelves.
Beyond the plushes, Alvin and Cheri also sold their new line charm bracelets and watches, all bearing the likenesses of Purridge and her friends. They also debuted two new handbags (available for pre-order on their site here and here). The bags especially impressed me (I am a sucker for tons of pockets).
Check out all the new Furry Feline Creatives' items in the gallery!
