The addition of Park Starz to Disney's world of Vinylmation grabbed collectors' attention in a big way. Unlike traditional Vinylmation, each figure in this line has its own unique mold rather than a standard Mickey Mouse format. Arriving this month is Series 3 and boy am I excited! The BotCon Facebook page has posted a new image of a production sample of the Scorponok from this year's Pirates Vs. Knights BotCon 2014 boxset, and it looks great. The figure is made from the Energon Scorponok mold while using a remold of Encore Fortress Maximus' Spike figure as the head. Check out the mirrored image below!
Entertainment Tonight has posted an exclusive look at "Knights of Unicron," this year's San Diego Comic Con International exclusive set- which reimagines the War For/Fall Of Cybertron molds of Optimus Prime, Soundwave, "Smooth" Jazz, and Megatron as a hair metal band, complete with Animated Laserbeak and Ratbat guitars, and will cost USD$185.
