Check out this Mikasa gallery and say goodbye to buyer's remorse
I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay the hefty price for Good Smile Company's Mikasa Ackerman figure. After seeing this gallery from Akiba Hobby, my doubts evaporated. Ah who am I kidding, there was never a scenario where I wouldn't pre-order this figure.
GSC is really showing off with this figure. Just look at the insane attention to detail in Mikasa's maneuver gear! It's just one more thing to love on top of her beautiful face and awesome pose. I even noticed a bit of unintentional derp when you see the shot of her from behind. It's funny so I don't care!
If you've pre-ordered Mikasa and were having second thoughts due to the price, look through this gallery and sleep easy. Otherwise, it's not too late to pre-order. Good Smile Company and friends have shown that they can make top-quality figures; the only thing that's uncertain is whether this one will come out on time...

HERE’S BEN AFFLECK IN WHAT LOOKS LIKE A RUBBER MUSCLE...
HERE’S BEN AFFLECK IN WHAT LOOKS LIKE A RUBBER MUSCLE SUIT
Here it is, Ben Affleck in his Batman costume from the new Batman/Superman flick set to release in 2016. Not sure how I feel about it. I can appreciate that they’re trying to stay faithful to the comics — Frank Miller’s designs in particular — but I was kind of a fan of the more practical armor look from the video games and Nolan films. Why you gotta’ sculpt fake muscles in your suit, bro? We like you just the way you are.
Batmobile looks ballin’ though.

Deep Sea Miku gets another preview, might actually be real
Deep Sea Miku is gorgeous. Deep Sea Miku has also been delayed more times than most of us can count. In an effort to convince us that she's finally actually a real thing, Kahotan has put up a new blog post previewing the lovely blue haired girl. If you're thinking this feel a little familiar though, you're right, since almost exactly one year ago Mikatan did the same thing.
The figure itself is as pretty as ever, but all this new preview does is highlight how incredibly long it's taken for her to get off the production line and onto store shelves. Personally I'm not going to believe she's actually shipped until readers start telling us they've physically got their hands on her. Still, if you've got a pre-order this is hopefully a sign your investment will finally have something to show for itself.

New BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD Animated TV Series Soundtrack Music CD is Out Now!
La-La Land Records and Warner Bros. Animation present the original score to the animated television series BATMAN THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD. Acclaimed composers Michael McCuistion, Lolita Ritmanis & Kristopher Carter (SUPERMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES, BATMAN BEYOND, YOUNG JUSTICE) craft the perfect musical backdrop for this wildly inventive, riotous and retro-tinged Caped Crusader series that has quickly amassed cult status since its initial airing on Cartoon Network.
Notable for its jazzy crime riffs, this expertly pitched score also brims with infectious themes and heart-pounding action cues. Produced by the composers and mastered by Doug Schwartz, this limited edition of 2000 units features exclusive, in-depth liner notes by film music writer John Takis and Bat-riffic art design from Dan Goldwasser. Simply put, this is a sensationally fun musical experience from one of the most unique incarnations of BATMAN ever produced.
This is a 2-CD Set (LIMITED EDITION OF 2000 UNITS) that has a running time of about 154 minutes and will retail for around $19.98. It's available right now, just CLICK HERE!

Rsin whips up a trio of custom Skullheads
Rsin has some new custom pieces that he's just finished, a trio of custom Skullheads. Taking Kidrobot and Huck Gee's Dunny-based piece, Rsin has thrown his calavera-style designs onto the exterior, but there's lots of fine detail that make these look impressive. The shading to create a rock-like texture, the cracks along the surface and the tiny spots of paint that add detailing around the eyes all help to give these Skullheads a unique look.
The blue one on the left has found a new home already. No word on if the other two are available, but if you're interested in a commission, you can message him on Facebook.

Funko is going TMNT crazy with lots of new releases
Funko has announced the release of all new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles items on several of their lines. We will be seeing new Mystery Minis, Pop! figures, and Wacky Wobblers. The Mystery Mini blind boxed series will feature the turtles, April, Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady, Foot Solider, Krang and Casey Jones.
These miniature figures are designed after the Nickelodeon show, so they each have that cartoonish style. Available in July, each mini figure will be US$6.95. Funko is also releasing a second series of TMNT figures to their Pop! Television line.
So now there will be figures of April, Foot Solider, Bebop, and Rocksteady. I am loving that April Pop! These will also be available in July. In addition to all the new figures they have now, Funko has decided to add TMNT to their Wacky Wobblers line.
There will be bobble head figures of Raphael, Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, Shredder, and Splinter. All of these will be coming out in August. So this summer will be filled with lots of turtles! I don’t think that’s a bad thing.
