QMx, maker of fine spaceship replicas and other sci-fi collectibles, has secured the license for EVE Online. EVE has a reputation for being one of the least accessible MMORPGs out there, but is also an amazing case of a game driven almost entirely by emergent gameplay.
Here's hoping EVE's hardcore following is willing to sink some of their money into QMx's first product with this license: a model of the Megathron battleship. That's Megathron with an "h." Read on for more details from the press release.
Looks like Infinite Stratos' Houki isn't enjoying her moment in the sun, judging by the expression on this figure. This is the imaginatively-labeled Houki Shinonono Swimsuit Ver. by Gift.
Kahotan's preview gravitates on Houki's body because that's all you can really do with a swimsuit figure. As you may know, I'm not the biggest fan of them. This particular Houki is a bit cheesy with the embarrassed look and the whole boob push thing. I have to say, I like Wave's rendition better (and I rarely like anything by Wave!).
Houki is currently up for pre-order for ¥8,964 and a planned release date of September 2014.
While 54% of the females asked said they did not own any adult toys, 41% admitted they owned at least one, and an additional 4.5% said they owned six or more. \"I would like to see these numbers much higher,\" says Dr. Kat Van Kirk, resident sexpert for AdamAndEve.com. \"Adult toys can bring an added dimension of pleasure to both solo and couples' play. \"Adam & Eve encourages adults to explore ...
Bwana Spoons’ Alfa is the latest creature to escape from the Gravy Toys menagerie. An amalgamation of sofubi and resin, the first edition features a translucent green body with yellow, orange, metallic blue and black sprays. She comes in a traditional bag/header package with a bonus mini comic. The spider...
MichaelBay.Com has posed a press release announcing the names and roles of a variety of voice actors for Transformers: Age of Extinction! Peter Cullen returning as Optimus Prime is no surprise, but Ken Watanabe and John Goodman are joining the cast as new characters... and Frank Welker is returning to play a character he's played before in other formats. Check out the article, but beware of SPOILERS!

Head on over to Bambaland Store on May 12 9AM Hong Kong time to score ThreeA's Darwin Rothchild sixth scale figure. And who knows, maybe a bag a Mini Caesars will pop up from time to time. F5 about to get real.
Disclosure: I was provided with coupons to try several different flavors of the new Stonyfield organic yogurt pouches, any opinions are my own. Yogurt is a staple in our family diet. I generally spend at least $10 per week on different varieties. In our family, we all like different flavors and textures, and since yogurt […]
The newest doll to join my collection came directly from Paris. She is Etiquette, a doll from the Paris Fashion Doll Festival Superdoll event.
Her dress is a laser cut, below the knee length confection.

UK-based outfit "Apologies To Banksy" has relaunched their product lines, featuring vinylized collectibles based on characters seen in Banksy graffiti / street art. Today I'll take a closer look at RUDE COPPER.
One obvious visual change, starts with the packaging of the figure, now in a new box printed design, which carries thru the other product lines as well, save for the description of the item. The grey and blacks were a nice contrast to the DIY whites and single colored pieces within. Truthfully, a far better improvement over the earlier boxes, and as well evokes a sense of "seriousness" in their line, IMHO.
I personally like and appreciate the unifying aspect of the design, which at the same time promotes ATB's online venues, something I've not seen much in current packaging.
Two other differences with the earlier incarnation:
(A) The new pieces comes in a sealed silver foil bag.
(B) The earlier edition came with paints and a brush, this version does not.
The RUDE COPPER vinyl figure form itself remains essentially the same as their earlier release, but this newer version "is smoother, softer & whiter than its predecessor" -mentioned David of ATB, and without putting a previous piece right next to this in comparison, I would agree with that statement.
The details seem somewhat more defined as well, but that might well be the result of the "whiteness" of the piece. Standing 6 inches tall, the finishing surface also seems less matt than the earlier incarnation.
Unlike the myriad of 'toy' collectibles that populate this wondrous 'art toy' community of ours, this piece (and s well others in the current ATB-line) is an "anomaly", as it is based of 'deigns' by an artist(s) known only by his/their moniker, and not necessarily designed by himself/themselves (Yes, I do wonder if "Banksy" is a collective of folks rather than an individual) - and yet falls within the subculture / urban street art aspect of the scene.
TAGLINE: "It’s a punk subversion of the British Police Officer being a member of the Establishment. Giving the middle finger to capitalism and the hierarchical bureaucracy raising the game in highlighting what all quite frankly us common folks think of the problems within society today."
Rude Copper "White" is priced at £12.99 and available via apologiestobanksy.com and select retailers (Distribution by DKE Toys). Currently only WHITE is available. Previous colorways are no longer available at the online shop.
Seen above alongside the 6-incher Rude Copper is the new min version, which we will have a closer look at next. Meanwhile, more images has been uploaded HERE on my dedicated album on Facebook!

The Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary show is next traveling to Gallery 1988: LA (May 17 - June 1st) and Pretty In Plastic seems to have something special planned! And while it might not necessarily be as "huge" as the earlier Slimer, but it sure looks intriguing as a palm-sized product? Can't wait to find out what it is!
After watching The Hobbit movie last year, I began looking for small ponies to display alongside some of the figures, but I had no luck. I did find, however, an Andalusian horse that I thought would work well as Shadowfax, the horse Gandalf rides in the last couple Lord of the Rings movies.
After at least one major revision, Okedoki’s work on her upcoming Sun Moon figure seems to be coming along rather nicely. After posting a few initial WIP sculpt shots awhile back, she just posted a shot of the 1st cast prototype revealing the sun/enlightenment/ying face of her human-like turtle character....
