C2E2 2014: Diamond Select Toys - Minimates
Diamond Select Toys has officially added the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to its immense library, in addition to showing off some new Marvel Minimates, Tarentino movie Minimates, those Godzilla Minimates, and so on.
The first series of TMNT Minimates apparently includes the four turtles, Shredder, Krang, and some foot soldiers. I believe it's based on that new series (as was the case with the vinyl banks) which I haven't been following. At any rate, the TMNT Minimates definitely look better than the Lego ones.
The Marvel Minimates line is set to expand with series based on the upcoming X-Men: Days of the Future Past, Guardians of the Galaxy, and Amazing Spider-Man 2. On the comic front, Marvel Minimates Series 59 (New X-Men) will apparently give us a new Sentinel Minimate featuring a custom-sculpted body like the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 version (although the Sentinel Minimate to get is probably still the 8-inch Max-series one).
There was also yet another look at DST's Aliens Minimates, the Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare ones seen at Toy Fair, the Kevin Smith film ones, Walking Dead, etc. Basically there's a lot to collect.

Diamond Select Toys' C2E2 display offered a second glimpse at some of the offerings seen at Toy Fair, including ones previously not meant to be photographed, as well as a handful of cool new items (or maybe just things I hadn't seen because they weren't to be photographed) including some Amazing Spider-Man 2 merch and a Marvel Select Mystique.
