Tom A. Hawk - The Twins of The Egg Muff Series - NEW Dolls and E-Pattern
"Tom A. Hawk"and Toni E. Hawk are members of the "Egg Muff Series" of cloth dolls. Toni E. Hawk happens to be "Tom A. Hawk's" twin sister.
The "Egg Muff's" are a fun loving group of dolls that love to sneak around and maybe, every once in awhile, drop in unexpectedly. And, the Toni E. Hawk and her brother, Tom A. Hawk, are the most fun loving of the group.
You might find then peaking around a corner, peaking over the windowsill, peaking through a keyhole in a door, or sneaking into your room. You just never know.
Sometimes you might just catch a glimpse of their eyes and hair as they try to sneak a peak. If you listen carefully, you might even hear them laughing, even chuckling away.
Sometimes you might even catch them doing a little jig. You just never know what they may do.
They love to laugh. They love to have fun. But, most of all they love to play hide and peak! No, not hide and seek! Hide and peak!
"Tom A. Hawk" is also one of the members of the "Egg Muff Series" of cloth dolls. He also just happens to be "Toni E. Hawk's" twin brother.
"Tom A. Hawk" is a 10" squared bottomed self-standing country and cottage cloth doll. He has a 1/2 muslin and 1/2 corduroy body. His face is outlined and embroidered and his eyes are a black and white satin stitch. His nose is pointy and embroidered as is his mouth, eyelashes and eyebrows. He has orange cheeks and loads of brown freckles.
Tom A. Hawk has a mass of burgundy hair on the very top of his head that runs straight down his back that is fashioned in a tomahawk style. It is his trademark and what he and his twin sister, Toni E. Hawk, are best known for.
He is wearing his favorite blue check shirt with collar and a scarf tied in a bow. He is also wearing his favorite knit vest which he considers a perfect match for his favorite shirt.
Tom A. Hawk is anything but shy and well-mannered. He, too, is highly intelligent and loves a good joke and isn't afraid of taking on his twin sister, Toni E. Hawk, or his best friend, Spike A Peek.
Unlike his sister, however, his intelligence isn't intimidating at all. In fact, Tom A Hawk does an exceptional job of hiding his intelligence while showcasing his wit, his charm, and his good looks. The girls just can't resist a charming, good looking, bit of a devil in him type of guy with a tomahawk hairdo.

Let's get racy with figma Racing Miku and 1/7 Red Riding Hood Miku
Have you had enough Miku? Of course you haven't! Overnight, for us at least, at a special NicoNico event, Good Smile Company decided to let word out of two new pieces of Miku that you will tell yourself you cannot live without. For the posers out there, we have the figma of Racing Miku 2013! For statics, there's 1/7 Red Riding Hood Miku!
Last time we saw Racing Miku '13 was at Winter Wonfes. Give it two plus months and now we have the full color prototype. This figma is certainly gorgeous and I like how they went with the suit down and the magenta accents. The translucent hair is a plus, not to mention the cat-ear helmet. I wonder though if they'll make the helmet actually able to be worn. No word yet on release, but I sense a GSR Sponsorship in her future.
What should hopefully not take any magic to buy will be Max Factory's 1/7 scale Red Riding Hood Miku. She's making her debut here at the event and it's certainly one to look forward to. If you've played Project Diva, you should be familiar with the red/white outfit (video included after the jump). She's just in the prototype stage now, but I get the feeling a lot of people will be happy once the final product's out there. Just as with figma Racing Miku, there's no other details at this time. Summer is just around the corner so I'm ready to see how they'll turn out.

Go for a summer dip with Kuroneko
It's no secret that I like girls, and I like swimsuits, but even I get tired of producers churning out the same old, same old. That includes the school swimsuit look. I'm even of the mind that one pieces are seriously underrated, but when you're just reaching for the schoolgirl fetish time and time again, it gets a bit stale. That being said, I can forgive Chara-Ani with this one, because for one, I love Kuroneko, a lot. But also, they put a sexy twist on the usual swimsuit, and I am really digging the look!
Instead of the usual boring look, we get Kuroneko either just before her just after swim class, her suit tantalizingly tugged off to give us a nice look at her stomach and a teasing view from behind that should have every perv reaching for their wallets. Her top has a nice translucence effect as well, though a bra keeps this figure from completely NSFW territory and the only thing you'll glimpse beneath the fabric is a shadow of her fingers.
Needless to say, as a proud perv and huge Oreimo fan, Chara-Ani gets more than my seal of approval on this naughty way to keep the franchise alive. She'll add to the August heat for about ¥8,000!

BotCon announces final box set figure as Cybertronian Knight Ginrai
Fun Publications has announced the final figure for the BotCon 2014 exclusive Pirates vs. Knights box set as Cybertronian Knight Ginrai. If you aren't familiar with Ginrai he's a Japanese character from Transformers Masterforce which shared it's Takara figure with Hasbro's Powermaster Optimus Prime. Ginrai could combine with his trailer to form Super Ginrai as well as a third component named God Bomber to form God Ginrai. The figure, released in 1988, was molded a little differently from the Hasbro release including different shades of plastic and retractable super robot fists, and would be reissued by Takara in 2002. Hasbro themselves would reissue the figure as a Toys R Us exclusive in 2003 renamed Powermaster Optimus Prime with Apex Armor with God Bomber likewise renamed Apex Bomber.
So you're probably wondering why Cybertronian Knight Ginrai is in orange rather than being colored as an Opitmus Prime lookalike. Well, also in 2002 an e-HOBBY exclusive repaint of God Convoy was released named Fire Guts Ginrai. This figure was entirely molded in different shades of orange including orange chrome. The colors weren't used to represent a variant of the character but rather to recall Ginrai doing his "God Fire Guts" attack from the anime. It was a pretty obscure reference, but the folks at BotCon seem to like the idea of an orange Ginrai (even though he was never really orange) and put their Ginrai in those same exact colors. To me it seems like a pretty big stretch, but I do kinda like the looks of the figure, especially the use of blue and black to help break it up.
With this sixth character Fun Pub has represented a number of milestones in this box set: Cannonball represents the Unicron Trilogy (Armada, Energon, and Cybertron) and the Botcon 2014 theme; Ferak and Tornado represent Marvel US and UK original comic characters respectively as well as Targetmasters; Devcon represents the original G1 cartoon series; Scorponok represents the original G1 toy line and Headmasters; Ginrai represents the Japanese toy line, original Japanese continuation of the cartoon, and Powermasters. Not bad for a 30 year retrospect.
If you're interested in attending the event they've now posted the 2014 brochure online with all of the important information like registration and box set prices and activities. BotCon will run from June 19 to 22 in Pasadena, California.
