Eyes of glamour jade, lids dusted in lime, emerald and aubergine eyeshadow, double liner to top lid in vanilla and black. Lips of transparent aubergine with coral liner.
Sporting a one piece pistachio dress with bodice of tulle encapsulating floating inner bodice of gorgeous guippure and volumous organza 'day length' skirt trimmed with a band of guipure lace.
Hair of happy pistachio in mohair, pulled back from her face for that 'lace front widows peak' look, and divided into 2 braids which combine to form a figure 8 in the back. Wig is trimmed in silk ribbon bows that add to the breezy aura of summers colourfull times.
Accessories consist: minute 3 row crystal band belt with organza bow detailing which echoes those cute little bows on the cut out sleeve detail of her dress bodice. New Transformers MP-17 Masterpiece Prowl Cartoon Tranformation Mode Image
Takara Tomy Transformers designer Shogo Hasui has posted a new image of the Transformers MP-17 Masterpiece Prowl figure on his Twitter page. The image shown pays a bit of homage ot the to the Generation 1 "More Than Meets The Eye" cartoon episodes where the characters would fall forwards into their transformation mode from robot to alternate vehicle mode. Marvel Select is Silver Surfing through space
He's flying! Diamond Select Toys has posted an image of the upcoming Marvel Select Silver Surfer posed on his board while it's still attached to the base. While the stand itself is an unpainted prototype, this gives a better idea of the Marvel Select Silver Surfer's capabilities.
DST Zach had previously confirmed that the Silver Surfer would be able to stand on his board while attached to the base but seeing is believing and the overall effect looks pretty spectacular. I know that the words, "Best Silver Surfer figure ever", are tossed around a lot these days, but never have those words seemed more true.
The Marvel Select Silver Surfer is due out in December.

Limited edition colorway of Variant Play Arts Kai Batman

Hidemi Matsuzuka has tweeted an image of a "limited edition color version" of Square-Enix's Variant Play Arts Kai Batman. In short, it's a variant of a "Variant".
This limited edition colorway seems to sport some red highlights, which makes it a little more colorful than the standard version. Given that the mask doesn't appear to use the additional color, the reds almost seem to clash with his outfit. I'm not sure if this is actually an improvement although it certainly gives the figure a different look. If the original was reminiscent of a knight, I would be tempted to say that this one more resembles a samurai.
What do you guys think? Is this a step up over the previous rendition or is it a little too out there?
UPDATE: Pre-orders have opened for both US and Japanese retailers. The US retailers call it a "preview exclusive" and list it as being limited to 2,500 pieces in North America. The Western release is slated for February and can be pre-ordered for US$80. It's also described as featuring "a glossy red finish reminiscent of Japanese lacquerware made with the sap of a poisonous plant". The Japanese retailers mention a ¥8,000 list price and have it slated to release in December. Currently you can buy it cheapest on HLJ.

Toy-Review: Assault & Batteryz by QUICCS
In all seriousness, and without a shred of "biasness", I have to say, QUICCS' "Assault & Batteryz" piece, is pretty much the awesomeness. This is a solid resin cast (instead of a custom-on-an-actual-Dunny) and the details are spectacular, especially given a sculpt with this amount of details, IMHO. Finishing might not be the optimum at some parts, but a minor detail, and goes with the "battle mode" theme to, I insist!
One design aspect I truly enjoyed, was the two support robots ("Ruff Battery", the Rocketeer + "Tuff Battery", the Rifelman) in lieu of the Dunny-ears! The figure is non-articulated tho, but more than makes up with it's wickedness!
Currently available at the Vinyl On Vinyl booth F56 at Singapore Toy Games and Comic Convention 2013 (Sands Expo & Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands), the piece is priced at an affordable SGD$50 each, and comes housed in a box with foam protection, and a sticker featuring the design with this piece is made from.
QUICCS only has 10 pieces of this "Gold Nugget" Edition available at SGCC, but international folks egging to score one for yourselves, are advised to contact him via his Facebook (tell him TOYSREVIL sent you ;p)
