While attending Fachhochschule Düsseldorf (it’s a school), Nick Schmidt created this conceptual magazine called Trigger, covering the topics of psychedelia and LSD. What makes this mag stick out is the actual designing and page spreads, creating an atmosphere for text on LSD while making it feel like you actually are on LSD. It may be hard to believe but only recently I have been acquainted with the early TMNT comics by Eastman & Laird. Those comics are much grittier and darker in tone than the version of the Turtles we got to experience in the 90’s, although even back then, Michelangelo already was the light-hearted one.

Top 25 Movie Posters of All Time…

Not picked by ALBOTAS or yours truly, but picked by the folks of Creative Bloq. This is a fantastic read if you would like to know a bit about the posters and design processes themselves. It’s also fun to attempt to guess what’s on the list (Hint: They’re all iconic films). My personal favorites are Raiders of the Lost Ark and Blade Runner.
