For the Jem and the Holograms fans, the San Diego Comic Convention surely is a high point as it is the place where exclusives are to be presented - and sold! So it is no surprise that Integrity Toys and Hasbro announced the dolls that will be available there. The original Glitter 'N Gold was designed to be the bold new look of the second wave Jem and the Holograms collection originally released in 1987. This fully articulated 12-inch fashion doll features hand-applied eyelashes and pink and golden blond accented rooted hair, styled in Jem's signature look. As a tribute to the original doll from 1986, this themed mini gift set includes two complete looks:
The gift set includes the Jem doll, two outfits, two pairs of shoes, Jemstar earrings, the Glitter 'N Gold Award (with removable gold album), a new wireless microphone accessory, a limited edition Glitter 'N Gold vaccu-chrome plated doll display stand and exclusive certificate of authenticity.

Pre-order G.E.M. series Uzumaki Naruto
With the popularity of Shounen Jump's Naruto series, it's hard to believe, there aren't that many released scale figures featuring Konoha's leading ninja. While Plex did release a younger version of the noisy ninja, I've always hoped for the mature Shippuden version of Naruto, preferably in some sort of dynamic pose. Well, it seems like MegaHouse has finally granted my wish, and the boy who will someday become Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto is ready to join Hatake Kakashi in the G.E.M. series.
Wearing his father's trademark Yondaime Hokage (Fourth Hokage) white haroi, as he's caught in a mid-air leap about to perform one of his many hands seals, I couldn't ask for a more dynamic pose. Along with the amazing pose, you may also remove the haroi and display Naruto just wearing his orange and black jumpsuit, and different facial expressions (grinning, and sage mode), including an additional two (smiling and dark Naruto) without his forehead protector. The only thing that does concern me is the obvious seam line which runs along the back of the haroi, but I am hopeful that MegaHouse will somehow fix that before his scheduled release. Regardless, I can't wait to have Naruto posed next to Kakashi.
Scheduled for a release this coming October, Naruto-kun will retail for a ¥7,800 price tag. Any Tomo-cchi's thinking about picking him up?
