Lightning Returns Play Arts Kai revealed
It'd been a while since we saw the teaser for this figure - since February - and now we've got two official shots recently uploaded by Hidemi Matsuzuka on Facebook.
This new figure looks pretty rad - so haters to the left! I actually quite like the Final Fantasy XIII games, and am also happily anticipating Lightning Returns. I'm just hoping we get some better pictures of this figure soon, since these folks just posed Lightning with her head turned down, all shrouded in darkness, and in some uneven lighting that makes her abs look way too "hard" cut (not smooth/natural-looking).

""Gallifreyan Regeneration Tea" was my submission to the CTU Battle Bracket 4 competition. Unfortunately it went up against another killer piece and was defeated in the first round. It is inspired by Doctor Who. This is sort of a generic Doctor who is regenerating but I tried incorporating some of my favorite aspects of the Doctor such as the bow-tie and fez (if he had feet, he would have a pair of Converse)."

New releases from The Mark Ultra: Señor Cybernetico & One-Offs
Mike Kirchoff aka The Mark Ultra sends word of a double-feature-collabo releasing this coming Thursday June 6 at 10pm EST. Shown up top is "Señor Cybernetico" = the result of a team up with fistful fumetti's Alexis Ziritt. Limited to only 10 pieces per color, they are priced at US$20 each, with red and gold available at themarkultra.bigcartel.com while black and silver will be available exclusively at Alexis' booth at Heroescon this Friday @ the Charlotte Convention Center. A well handsome pair of guys, I must say!
This Thursday also marks the release of a series of one-offs created with the help of Baltimore's Green Plastic Tunnels, lucky bag style for US$22 each.
